Please submit a defective-product request to hello@eminencevoyager.com and send the defective or damaged item to our address. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you do not contact us within 7 days of placing your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase in order to complete your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Product may be returned to Eminence Group - Level 3, Boulevard Plaza Tower 1, Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
